Coordinators for international exchange of students and academic staff
Coordinators for international exchange of students and academic staff are appointed by the Rector of the University of Szczecin to serve for a maximum period of two years.
They are responsible for the proper selection and qualification of exchange participants and for the substantive dimension of the exchange (including the review and approval of Learning Agreements for Studies/Traineeship, Mobility Agreements).
The coordinators’ responsibilities are regulated by the Order of the US Rector no. 2/2024 and the Order of the US Rector no. 76/2026.
During their absence, the coordinator for international exchange is replaced by:
- for students/graduates – the vice-dean for student affairs;
- for employees – the director of the institute;
- for doctoral candidates – the director/deputy director of the Doctoral School.
